Numb / desensitised clitoris with scar tissue after overuse ?? Help!!

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone can offer any help or advice..
so a about two weeks ago, I had a day of excessive clitoral masturbation which led to getting a numb clitoris. It’s only the last day or two I felt some kind of sensitivity around that area (not to touch, it’s still numb to touch but more like waves of tingling sensation or tingling pulses) however, when I slightly lifted up the clitoral hood to look at it, I noticed that there was some thicker skin which looked swollen around the clitoris. It was  slightly paler on one side and slightly red on the other but I assumed this is why it was numb to touch. When I googled it (I couldn’t find much to help me) from what I can gather, I assume it must be scar tissue from the damage I caused from excessive masturbation and pressure to the clitoris. Can anyone help me on whether this is something that will go away on its own and everything will go back to normal? Or does the skin tissue along with insensitivity mean I have caused permanent damage?

ps, I’m a healthy 24 year old that’s always had an extremely sensitive (in a pleasurable way) clitoris till now :(

I don't think it would be scar tissue after only two weeks. Scar tissue forms after damage such as a surgical cut or a wound. And it takes more than two weeks for a wound to heal. It sounds like you are just expecting your skin nerves to recover more quickly than two weeks, and they are taking their time.

I think it has been there for the two weeks but for some reason; I didn’t think much of it until I checked yesterday and it was still there. (I thought maybe it was just a little swollen at first). I wasn’t sure because I read scar tissue can occur with nerve damage and since it has been desensitised which has never happened before, I thought it was the most logical answer. I will keep patiently waiting in that case!!
