Pain in middle breastbone and lightheaded
Hi, sitting on my couch i felt a very quick pain in middle chest coupled with.a feeling like blood left my chest..took my bp it was 11/7 and 63 pulse. I am on my period with a lot of blood and have diarrhea with bad cramping today. Any thoughts?
Hello~I think you typed your blood pressure wrong, you typed 11/7, there is no way it can be that, you would not be alive; did you mean 110/70.
As to what might be wrong, it is probably hormonal, related to your period. I would start using "bio-identical" progesterone cream, it is very safe and helps to stabilize your hormones.
