I'm 19 years old, and just recently lost my virginity. I have had yeast infections in the past, and know what they consist of as well as urinary tract infections. But this is totally different and I am going CRAZY!

My symptoms include a VERY itchy vulva, especially the vaginal opening, a highly sensitive and ticklish clitoris and the area around the clitoris is also very ticklish but itchy, burning and raw vulva (probably from scratching but nevertheless), painful inner labia, a very dry vulva and difficulty getting wet when sexually aroused, which is not only frustrating but sex is painful and I cannot do it. I do NOT have any discharge at all, or any funny smells.

I have searched and searched and I cannot find out what is wrong with me. I don't know what to do, this has been going on for a week. I have tried cool rags, which are soothing but ultimately do nothing. I have tried Vagisil for the itching, but after scratching for so many days it burns because it's raw down there. And now I'm using A&D ointment which helps a lot but once it wears off the itching returns and the burning and pain.
PLEASE help me! I just want relief and for this to go away!

See a doctor.  You don't want to self-treat when the problem is this severe.

Sweetie, your health is not something to play with. If nothing is helping you need to go to the doctor. It sounds like you have tried everything. Nothing has helped sometimes you just have to break down and get medical help. I am praying for you. May God be with you.

Agree with the above posters.

This could be a number of things and you should consult a physician to sort this out.
