PLEASE READ!!! I AM DESPERATE FOR SOME HELP!

30 year old female, smoker but in the process of quitting (wish me luck)
I am starting to have pain in my pelvic region when I have to go to the bathroom. Today it felt like someone stabbed me near my ovaries and bladder. I have recently had a ultrasound and my ovaries seem normal to the drs. I have a serious urgency to go and I go frequently. I thought it had to do with my period and the awful symptoms that I get with that, but I am just about finished with my period. So now I am not so sure. Tonight I also had a sharp pain in my pelvic area when I stood up from squatting to put something away at work. It felt like knives from my groin and it shot up to my left lower rib cage...below breast I would say.
I plan on speaking with my dr about this but I do not know what can be done. I don't have insurance. Any advice and thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Has any other woman out there experienced these types of pains and urgency before?
p.s I have a uterine fibroid but it is very small (4cm) or mm, either way its tiny. I am not certain it's the fibroid causing the pain. My obgyn said fibroids are normal..but its the second one I have had in 6 months. I initially went into the ER with ovarian pain and a strange feeling when I pee, they ordered an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound and that's how they found the fibroid.

Not close but not too far.  I have not found any endometriosis specialists near my location. But dartmouth-hitchcock has exceptional all around care I heard. At this time I have no insurance and trying to find a way to get it.

Just by what you have told me it sounds like Endometriosis. You can not tell on any test if you have it, you will need an exploratory lap to find out. You will also need a referral to a a doctor that Specializes in endometriosis not a regular Gyno.  Where do you live and I can help you with that?

Yes this is my second fibroid in less than a year and I have always had rectal pain before and during period.  I also have a history of cysts - 3 that caused issues within a year. But according to a recent ultrasound my ovaries are cyst free.  I have a fibroid on my uterus. But had the ultrasound due to pain in the ovary region.  I have suffered for about 15 years with my period.

A 4cm fibroid can still reek havoc.  Have you ever had any of these symptoms at any other time or did this just start? Google Endometriosis and see if any of these symptoms are like yours. Let me know
