PMS after Hysterectomie

I had a partial hysterecyomie in Sept. 05. However,  still experience PMS symptoms, mostly dizziness, moodswings, anxiety. Are there any other women who still have most of their PMS symptoms after a partial ? Why is it that my PMS symptoms have increased after I had the surgery ? Any Help ?

Your ovaries are still working, hence "partial hysterectomy". Your hormones are still there, they haven't changed. The only thing that has changed is the fact that you don't have your uterus anymore. I had my partial 6 years ago and still have mild PMS (Same as before hysterectomy).
