Pain and bleeding while urinating

The other day, while my sister was at work, she felt like she had to go to the bathroom almost every five minutes and she felt like she was going to get sick as well. And when she did go to the bathroom it was only for a few seconds and after she was done it hurt and burned and bled a little.Today she is pefectly fine except for a sore to touch spot where her left kidney is. Could it be a bladder infection, kidney infection, or kidney stones? She would appreciate any help as soon as possible.

And pain in the lower abdominal or lower back. Sorry, left that one out.

That sounds like a UTI infection. The more serious kind. The symptoms are: urinating often and painfully, fever, cold chills, vomiting/nausea, bloody urine or cloudy urine. I would definitely go to the doctor right away.
