Pcos

I have pcos and have been trying to eat healthy n loose weight to regulate my period before I go to the doctor for meds. I also want to conceive ...any help?

Also to clarify for the meals, DO NOT get rid of carbs. You need them! Just have a higher protein portion than normal.

As far as losing weight, I have pcos as well. I've been eating high protein meals and they're four smaller meals per day. It'll keep you fuller longer, will give you more energy, and help you lose weight. As far as conceiving, I don't have any answers for that. I hope this helps!
