Pelvic lump, help

I am 19 and i have a lump that i can feel when i apply pressure to the left side of my pelvis and the same lump isnt on the right side which is what began to concern me. It doesnt hurt at all and you can more it a little with pressure. Its more so where you get cramps s maybe a little higher than pelvis but definitively in that area. Im really worried cause i've read some similar post but they tend to be lower than mine, just tought i'd see if anyone else knows, i might try and get a doctor appontment when i can but its hard to get in and see my docter...anyone have any ideas? please help
