If you are getting urinary urgency as well as the bleeding after having intercourse, get your urine checked out.

Make sure that you still drink plenty of water.

You'll have to wait until the scan to see if it is a cyst.

Hope it settles down soon.

The doctor suspects a possible cyst on my ovary which can explain the pelvic pain

It may still be worth getting your urine checked for any infections after you stop bleeding.  Not all urinary infections cause discomfort when urinating.

The pelvic pain may have something to do with the urinary tract, your womb, bowels, or from hip problems.

The cramping may be related to womb problems, or bowels.

The painful shoulder and neck problem is highly unlikely to be linked to the lower abdominal issue.  Apply heat packs, wear a scarf, get a massage to help release any tight muscles.  Keep away from draughts and make sure you have a good posture.   Your doctor would be able to send you for imaging to see if you do have any arthritic degeneration in the cervical area of the spine (your neck).

Hello and welcome.  Hm, this list of symptoms I'm sure concerns you and is causing you great discomfort.  Do you feel there is any chance it is a urinary tract infection?  At this point in life though, I'm sure you've had one and know what they feel like.

When is the last time you had a pelvic exam and pap smear?  It's time hon.  I'd see your doctor.  good luck
