Are you breastfeeding?  If you are, your periods will be irregular until you stop.  If you are not, your periods can be irregular for a few months, up to a year after having a baby due to hormone fluctuations.

your menstrual cycle just changed and thats normal. i have a friend who havent had her period 6months straight. and she is healthy. so no worries for you. your are IRREGULAR when it comes to your period. unlike me, im regular, never skipped a month. regardless of giving birth. the cramps thing, just excercise or do sit ups 2weeks or a week before tour period. if you dont know when your period will arrive, just do brisk walking or cardio excercises. :D
hope this helps.
