Period for 26 days and counting plus painful intercourse...

Hi.  I haven't posted on here since I had my first surgery to drain a very very large cyst on my left ovary.  Since then it came back, became bigger, and ended up mangling my ovary which resulted in removal.  I had my last surgery for that about a year ago.  Shortly after they attempted to give me a pap but it was very painful to the point where they stopped and I haven't had a pap since.  That whole time I was not having sex.  I recently became active again in December of 15 and it hurt at first but k attributed that to it having been over 6 years.  Well, it still hurts.  Very badly.  It reminds me of that pain from when I had the pap.  Well I've been blowing it off, but now I'm on day 26 of my period.  It got light Around day 7 but got heavier getting to a very heavy flow around day 18 and now it's just staying "steady" of that makes any sense.  I have been getting a lot of dizzy spells, vertigo like spells where everything starts spinning but doesn't last that long.  I have complained about that before to my doc but nothing ever came of it.  I made an appointment with the obgyn but it is let until May 2 and I'm worried they won't do a pap if I am still bleeding.  I have also been getting a lot of acne on my chest and jaw line.  I feel tired all of the time, but it has been that way for me for years.  I am currently on aviane and 40mg of Prozac a day.  I did have 2 rounds of antibiotics due to bacterial pneumonia last month so can that interfere with periods?  I feel like something is wrong.  I don't want to overreact, but it is a feeling that I have.  I had the same feeling with the ovarian cysts I have had before.  Both times I had to demand tests because I could fee something was wrong.  I don't think it is ovarian cysts again though, it just doesn't feel right.  I am sorry this is so long. Thank you for any help.  I'm just tired of all of this.

I was in birth control and it still came back a second time which resulted in my left ovary being removed:(. I'm currently in birth control now as well:(. But I do definitely need to get an ultrasound, and hopefully they will do a pap.  I'm on day 27 of my period today:/
