Period trouble

Hi I'm 16 almost 17 next month, up until the start of this year my periods used to be irregular, I'm talking about one month I'll get it and the next month I won't. This year it seemed to become regular and I would always get it around the 20 or the next two following days. Around April my period was normal and got it on the 13 or the following day I don't remember clearly and was modern enough that I'll fill a pad and or stain my underwear. May 6 I got it again but it only last 6 days and was light, then a small fraction heavy in the middle, and then ended light again when my period is always 8 days and heavy until the end. I got it again on the 28 of May again and lasted 6-7 days I believe. I use the app flow and it say I was suppose to start the 25 and two-three weeks before that I was getting signs of it coming. Cramping, bloating, period cravings. But it didn't come. I always pee out small clots when my period is on its way and on the 27 I peed out 3 clots and then yester day when I used the restroom when I wiped I noticed blood and two clots on the toilet paper along with light blood. Then in the toilet little blood also but aside from that I have nothing, it's not enough for a pad but mabey a panty liner but the blood is light, like pale pink. PLEASE HELP I've been freaking out about this and it's worring me. Any advice?
