Plan B side effects

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and at some point we didn't use a condom.
If its TMI I'm sorry, but I need answers.
We pretty much had unprotected intercourse from 5pm to 7pm-ish.
Took PlanB asap around 8pm because I didn't want to risk anything. I didn't feel anything that night. But this morning my body felt sore all over and I had a severe stomach cramp around 5:40 am which initially woke me up, followed by diarrhea. I was pretty busy throughout the day so I haven't noticed anything beyond feeling sore all over. But I am now starting to feel something around the lower half of my stomach (usually where I have cramps).
I have a very irregular period. My periods last 2-3 maybe 4 days with light bleeding. I have a minimum of 3-4 periods a year. I've checked my vaginal discharge and it is tacky? sticky? and there is a slight scent of blood, copper. The color is milky? not clear not white.
If just recently went to my obgyn and have a follow up in a month, but I plan on going to a clinic to be tested for pregnancy and/or STD/STI. just in case this week.
I also noticed pinkish-ness after i used the bathroom on the toilet paper.
I want to make sure I'm not pregnant.... and the STD STI i guess i will find out once i go to the clinic to be tested..... but please let me know what you think.

Plan B messes with your hormones and it's likely will impact your period. It can cause any number of different side effects which are listed in the prescribing info. I think you should read through those and you'll see what's going on is quite common.
