Please help me

So I had a tubal ligation almost 6 years ago when I was 18 after my first kid. This month I was 2 weeks late for my period. when I expected my period I had my normal PMS symptoms, cramping, joint aches, the runs, etc. Those symptoms stopped after a few days. My period dint come until after I started to show unusual symptoms, that remind me of a pregnancy.urinate frequently, and getting nauseas, vomiting in the evening . I took 2 two pregnancy test, I know it sounds crazy, but I didn't know what else to do. The both came out negative. Yesterday  I started my period, but there was a large blood clot about the size of a golf ball and I am still nauseas. Does anyone know what I could be going through?

So it now has been 12 days that I am vomiting Planed parenthood did a urine test and it said negative. They would help me out with anything else. I realize it is unlikely for me to be pregnant so I am sure the test are correct but what I don't understand is whats going on with my body. Has anyone every gone through something like this before?

I don't really know what you mean by another tubal? Tubal ligation? That is a surgery it doesn't happen on it it own Tubal pregnancy ? That make a little more since. I have never had one of those and I sure hope I don't seeing how that can rupture my entire fallopian tube if not aborted
