MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This spotting can be due to the start of your periods. Although Chlamydia infection can also cause intermenstrual spotting but if you have taken the treatment regularly then these chances are less. You should go ahead as suggested by your doctor and get investigated for Chlamydia infection.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
