Post Rectopexy Resection Complications

I am writing to find any updates on those with rectopexy resection issues.  I am almost a year out ( they actually did a section surgery 8 months ago as they thought my issue was the resection and redid it...I didn't know they were going to)  I have had constance pain with bowel movements...rectal pressure and even hard to get gas out.  Lots of therapies, etc.  The did another defectogram and it is showing a mucosal prolapse and have suggested a mucosal resection.  I am leary about another procedure.  Others say is is a spasm, and have done pelvic floor therapy without any improvement.  Wanted to see anyone who migh have the same situation?
