Postpartum hairloss

Im 4 months postpartum and my hair falls off so much what can i do i get sad knowing my hair is less and less evertime i shower or comb it

That could be a sign of a nutritional deficiency so continue taking your prenatal vitamins.  Biotin is also known to help hair loss.  It could also be from your hormones adjusting.  You may want to check your iron and vitamin d levels just to be on the safe side.  Both will leave you fatigued as well.

Ha lol. It's so normal and so frustrating. I had 4 miscarriages in a year and had bald spots. Then I went for a haircut and the lady cut off so much hair I was mortified. I ended up going to Sally ' s and getting clip in extensions

It's the worst feeling! My has finally stopped (baby is 7 months old). I found it worse when I used the hairdryer hope it stops for you soon

There are pills you can take that you can get in the store but unfortunately to say it's very normal. The hormones during pregnancy kept your hair growing making it strong and not die. Well now that the hormones are gone the hair that would have fallen out during those months is falling out now.

That's normal. I was worried about it too with my son. It stopped around 6 or 7 months. Try not to wash it too much. And don't worry, it will stop on its own :)
