would this work?

Would taking ibuprofen (advil) before & after unprotected sex decrease the chance of conceiving?

Birth control or abstinence.  That's it.  You risk pregnancy otherwise.  please don't play around with this stuff.  Why can't you get condoms?  If you are old enough to have sex or mature enough, you should be able to get condoms.  good luck

What are things that could decrease the chance of conceiving?  What if it has been 20 days after the last menstrual period ?

Hi there.  Absolutely would have zero effect.  Birth control either in the form of the pill or condoms or some other true barrier method is the only way to prevent pregnancy.  Condoms are not that expensive.  Can be bought anywhere.  And are considered birth control.  Ibuprofen takes care of a headache.  Very different.  good luck
