Problems with discomfort on right side

Yes I have went to the docter and had blood work and somagrames down but nothing is showing up the said everything looks normal I am 25 yrs old and i have 2 children the problems is that i have sever pain in the right lower part of my overies I have been on the computer trying to find the answere ther is times i just curl up in the fetal posision with heating pad i have been spotting for a week know but not suppose to start untell next week it hurts the most when i have been up active all day or as the day goes on please help i don't know what to do i am afriad that it might be the realy bad cyst that wraps around your tubes thank you

It's hard to say what it could be since the sonogram ruled out most everything.  Sounds like a cyst or an ectopic pregnancy...but seems you'd have been able to see that.  Also, weird, but I've read a lot of women have pain in the right ovary when the problem is actually in the left ovary, and vice-versa.

TMI maybe, but you've ruled out constipation, right?

Oh, also...the appendix is on the lower right side.  You didn't have an elevated white blood cell count, did you?  It could be appendicitis-- and if so, should be treated immediately.  Appendicitis will hurt all the time, and not only when you press on it.  Another way to tell is if you lift your left leg and try to hop on your right leg it will hurt really bad (and may impossible to do).  Best wishes.
