Question about periods, little bleeding late, missed, worried

Hello everyone,

I have had a normal period since I was 9 years old. I’m 29 and now and I’m having a bit of an issue and starting to feel worried. I know I’m not pregnant, I’m still a virgin. In October I came on my period around the day or the 18th to the 27th, I can’t remember the days exactly. I know it was that week bc I had to buy pads on the 22nd. I know I was done before the 31st. On nov 8th I had some bleeding for a few hours, it was only when I would wipe and it was a little amount it was a pinkish colour. It stopped before I went to bed and nothing after that. I never got my period in the month of nov. I called my doctor and they said it could be from ovaluting, and that usually woman will get their periods in a few weeks. I have never had bleeding between my periods or spotting that I’ve noticed. Today I woke up and I’m having some cramping but only a little blood less then before. I’m starting to really stress out that something is wrong. Normallywhen I notice that I’m on my period it’s a decent amount. It’s also when I’m wiping. Anyone have any advice. Thanks
