Rash On Vulva PLEASE HELP!!

Okay so last night I discovered a small rash on the top of my vagina. It's not all over, just in a little patch as big as a small coin, it's a bit itchy and quite sore to push on. I can see that it looks like the area is not flat, so it looks slightly swollen. I thought it could be razor rash or an ingrown hair but it doesn't look like it is! PLEASE HELP!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
The rash can be due to allergy or infection. Keeping the region clean and dry may help. Also applying soothing creams or antibiotic creams may help. Anti-allergic medicines may sometimes be necessary. Consult your Doctor.
Hope this helps.
