Painful and Swollen Clitoris

I will randomly experience pain on my clitoris. It hurts most when I walk, move, etc. It stings and will occasionally burn. The area is very red and swollen, but no other part of my vagina is having issues. Because it comes and goes, I have not yet been to a doctor. I am certain it is not an STD or yeast/bladder infection. Has anyone else had this issue? Resolutions?

I can not say that I experience this. But would like to know a few things. How frequent does this occur, how long has this been happening?
I am definitely not an obgyn, but it sounds like it could be irritation due to soap or whatever else you use.

If you don't feel comfortable telling more information, then that is fine. Sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable in advance with personal questions.
