Hello,
These bumps can be due to folliculitis after shaving. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.

Wear a panti liner to protect your underwear and trousers.

Go back to the doctor so that a swab of the discharge can be sent to the laboratory for diagnosis.  When you get the results of that, the doctor will be able to prescribe the correct medication to treat it.

Best wishes.

Hello,
You need to get an examination and maybe a biopsy of the bump done to confirm the diagnosis. Regarding the smell, it can be due to bacterial vaginosis.

In addition to unpleasant "fishy" vaginal odor, thin white or yellowish discharge from vagina may also be present. Diagnosis can be confirmed after pelvic examination and microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge. Treatment is by metronidazole and clindamycin.
