Restrictions in C-section delivery

My wife (age: 28+ yrs) has undergone a C-section delivery 6-weeks back.

1) Is it now safe for her to apply hotbag for back pain etc ?

2) Is it now safe for her to walk on uneven roads ?

3) When is it safe for her to travel via flight or train ?

A c-section is a major surgery. She shouldn't do anything until her pain is completely gone and she gets approval from her doctor in the follow up appointments she is supposed to have after a c-section to make sure she is healed properly and won't seriously injure herself.
