Cut out the mouthwash and see if that helps. Maybe try other sensitive toothpastes! Try to stay away from acidic foods as well, try to up your calcium.

First of all, seek out a biological or holistic dentist. Next, avoid any and all commercial tooth pastes. They ALL include very harsh ingredients (especially ALL whitening tooth pastes), plus systemic toxins that do much harm in the long run, and not just to your teeth, gums, and mouth tissues. Avoid all tooth pastes that contain silica or hydrated silica (strong abrasive, wears down dentin along the gum line which is the major cause for pain in sensitive teeth). You also have to work from the inside out, making sure to eat at least 50 % of your diet as organically grown RAW vegetables, favoring all leafy dark greens. Ubiquinol (the natural form of CoQ10) is also very important for gums as well as heart health. One really good and mild tooth paste is from Desert Essence (Wintergreen, does NOT contain fluoride, abrasives, silica, etc., none of the damaging ingredients at all), has a mild and very pleasant taste. You should avoid SLS in tooth pastes just as well (the synthetic foaming agent). Those are just the basics you can do to heal your teeth again (and YES, they CAN and WILL be healed as opposed to what many conventional dentists will tell you, namely that one has to live with this sensitivity or use chemicals to temporarily numb the pain). Learn as much as you can about nature's oldest and most reliable healers for all sorts of conditions, including oral health, herbs. Once you are on the path of healing herbs there's no stopping you from being healthy and vibrant (and pain free) again. Any book by Rosemary Gladstar is a treasure to own for anything herbal. Be well!
