the skin on the outside of the vagina itches and burns for 15 months please help

I had a baby 17 months ago during the delivery the skin had torn and I received stiches on the left side . 15 months ago I started to have really bad itchy skin on that side where the little scar is right above the opening and going all the way to the top on that side. The inside of the wall hurt also and where the skin was torn when u touched it when I gat examined the skin felt like it was on fire when I gat examined when the light hit the skin. when I  went to the bathroom the urine felt hot on the skin also, I have seen 13 doctors everyone says I am ok, they checked for herpes twice came up negative. they said my walls on the inside are tight and hurt when u press on them so I received physical therapy that has helped the paid that came along with the itching and burning of the outside of the skin . The doctors checked for vaginal discharge and infection on the inside and that's negative .I thought I felt something little under the skin  when I examined my self it felt rough and I felt like it was digging into the skin from under the skin  where its itching the doctor said he feels nothing. I had sex three times during the last 15 months  every time the itching and burning lasts for about a week or so its just not worth having sex anymore. I don't know who to go to anymore and I don't know what to do please help. Also I have received medicine for herpes just to take and see that did nothing, and I have received medicine for vaginal infections and antibiotic which helped for a week then it has come back again. the skin feels warm and itching and I feel little rough bumps on them though nobody sees them just me .

It sounds like you have sutures that should have absorbed, but your body chemistry failed to be able to absorb them.  So if that is the case they are working their way out of the skin and will probably have to be removed.
