IUD Pain

I got an IUD in September of 2016. I only bleed my first two weeks of having it and I haven't bleed since. The past few weeks, my breasts have felt sore, lost my appetite easily, felt more sick, and my nipple are constantly getting hard. I feel like I've gained a few pounds. When I took a pregnancy test, it came out negative. I've been having extremely horrible cramping(to where I have to sit down because it hurts so bad) early in the morning and around lunch time. I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not. I don't want to waste time going to the doctors, if I'm not....What should I do?
