Sharp vaginal and anus pain, causes brown irregular bleeding in between periods??

This recently started when I got on the depo almost 3 months ago. The pains would be from began very infrequent to nkw being every hour or so. I bleed every day now and the pain is nothing I've ever felt before. They're almost like cramps except I feel them from within my vagina, not lower abdomen. The pain goes as far as my anus and it's getting more severe. I have to legitimately stop what I'm doing and crouch over in pain. Any suggestions or ideas on what it might be?

See a doctor.  I have read about the pain you describe before.  The spotting and irregular bleeding is probably hormonal.  You need a doctor's exam.
