Skip/Delay periods and not on the Pill

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to control my period by stopping it or delaying it.  I know it is possible while on the Pill; however, I am not on birth control.  Is there something I can take or ask my doctor for this?  I really do not want to get my upcoming period!  I will be camping for two weeks.  Thanks!

I am also curious about the same thing. I am going to Hawaii on April 2. I have started my period on the 3rd every month for about the last 6.

Only thing I can think of is asking ur doctor to put you on birth control!  If you are able to take it & not trying to have a baby then I wouldnt see a problem w/getting started.  Good Luck
