So Freaking Anxious !

I'm 18 years young. My last period was three days early starting June 5-11. June 12 & 17 I had unprotected sex. I've been having slight cramping and frequent urination & recently very moderate nausea. Today would be the day of my missed period according to MC & P- Tracker. My period has not came yet. I'm so anxious because I'm thinking my period might just be late this time around since it was early last time. Idk what to do I'm so anxious to know. I've almost had anxiety attacks thinking about the possibility of having a mini me. Any comments & suggestions are highly appreciated.
Also I was on Depo for some time but have not gotten a shot in almost a year.

First off, DON'T STRESS!!!  Stress does weird things to our hormones that makes our periods late or not come at all so you need to relax. Have you taken a pregnancy test? If you were pregnant, you definitely wouldn't be feeling symptoms so soon so I would take a test and maybe go to the doctor's to get a blood test. But again, it might be too soon to take a test so the only thing you could do is wait for your period and DON'T STRESS
