Someone help..

Hi I'm 16, my period is 12 days late but I haven't had sex. My boyfriend haven't done anything for me to be pregnant so I wouldn't say it was that. For about 3 weeks I've been under a lot of stress with school and family matters , I know periods can be late because of stress but this is my second day getting dizzy around the same time, I think. I'm very worried. I know it could be anxiety/stress which I've been working on but I wanted a little input on what it could be. Could it be my period coming because my back has felt a little like it's coming.? Someone please answer ):

At any age it is common to miss or delay your cycle based on stress related issues. My daughter missed her period on and off around the same age due to all of the stress at school. She started her cycle at 10. It is completely normal. Nothing to worry about if you aren't sexually active

Alright, thank you! I guess it's just my anxiety building up because I worry too much.
