Something that helps with catamenial epilepsy from the Depo Provera shot?

Hello!
I've had deja vu seizures (auras) for about ten years now. I never had them until after I got off the awful Depo shot. I then 't have any while I was pregnant with my daughter, but they started up again after I had her. They seem to be related to my cycle. I was basically just really hoping to hear success stories about people who have dealt with seizures caused by birth control and are now seizure-free. PLEASE don't tell me any horror stories. I struggle sometimes with health anxiety and would really only love to hear positive and helpful tips. My doctors haven't been much help. I haven't tried meds yet because I want to try more natural ways first before considering that. Thanks in advance!

I've not heard of this circumstance causing seizures.  But typically, seizure medication helps.  Have you been to a neurologist for treatment?
