Sore Breasts

Hi ladies, first off I promise I'm not asking if I'm pregnant, lol!! But my breasts have been super sore for the past week and I never get this. I have pcos, don't ovulate so there's no chance of pregnancy, but af is due sometime next week. They've never felt like this before though, you think it could be a hormone shift or is there something else that causes this? I'm 29 btw, thanks.

I would say it definitely could be a hormonal shift. My bbs generally get sore a week or so before af is due, but that didn't start until a year or so ago (I am 26), so it definitely could be a hormonal shift or a bodily change as you lead up to af. I feel for you! Sore bbs are no fun!!! Good luck!
