Sore Burning Nipples After Workout

Hi. I am a 30 year hispanic female - single, no children: Yesterday I was on the elliptical trainer for about a half hour and felt a strong burning sensation on both nipples. After my workout it went away, but they still felt very tender. I've never had a mammogram. Should I get one? Should I be worried? Is this normal?

I agree with the above poster... Buy your sports bras one size smaller and you will or should have a close to perfect amount of support in that area.

I am also blessed in that area, I dont have any particular one I like better, but I do buy them 1 cup smaller for the added support, most of mine are the "champion" brand and they do the job..

No, I didn't have a sports bra, but that's b/c I can't find a good one that provides support. My girls are pretty out there (D-cup), and I can't find a descent sports bra that supports the movements. Can you recommend one?

Did you have a good support bra on? I know when I work out, if I don't have a good bra on, the girls get that way.
