Sore after sex

im get really sore after sex is there anything anyone knows of that i can do to stop this or prevent the soreness afterwards ?? please help its really painful

well i had sex and now my lower abdomen hurts i fell faigue and my lgs are kind numb whats wrong

Make sure your body fully heals before you have sex again. If your sore, your body is trying to tell you something. Too much sex, yeast infection or some other infection are all possible reasons. You may not be sore before sex, but if you are sore after sex, you may be aggravating a low level non symptomatic infecction.

If you were too dry, try a lube. Make sure it doesn't have glycol or some other sugar in it because it can set you up for a yeast infection.

If the soreness continues, go get it checked out.

Lubrication is the first step, make sure things are "warmed' up a little before having sex. There are many different types on the market, many offer free samples online so you can try before you buy.
