Sore breasts and irregular periods.

In July, AF started being weird. They were late, and the they were really like, and they were a strange color and composition. A week prior to this, I woke up to sore breasts, which later became hard. My nipples have been getting darker and now they're getting sore. I've been getting cramps near my uterus and on my sides for about two weeks now, and for the last week I get feverish (not bad, only a degree or so up) and sick to my stomach w/o vomiting. I've had four negative pregnancy tests, but I have precancerous cells on my cervix and I'm on birth control, which are both variables I've heard can cause a false negative. One of my best friends is pregnant, and her, along with a nurse have both told me that if I'm not pregnant, then this is very strange. I've also been having strange digestive problems along with an appetite spike, and sex is incredibly uncomfortable lately, I'm bloating. If you think I'm pregant, tell me why. If you don't, also tell me why and what you think this could be, because I'm really worried. I went for a blood test, but they were having issues w/ my insurance and I had to be to work, so I had to leave, and now I don't have insurance for a month. I'm also afraid because I'm on my dad's insurance until I'm 21, and he'll see a blood test on the bill. Do they offer them @ Planned Parenthood? Thank you!
Mandi
