Sore bumps around vagina - from itchy to red bumps

Hey there :)
am new to this site! Im due for my docss appointment soon, but I jsut wanted a heads up.
I've been with my bf for over a year now and we started having oral sex. I soon began
to realise that where the underwear line rubs against the sides of the vagina , it began to get itchy on both sides there until it would bleed if I rubbed it too hard and then be really sore to touch.
A year later however , (2 days ago) those sore bits are now swollen red bumps  that when I walk it hurts because it kinda rubs against eachother and is extremely painful to urine. I have read up on STDS and cysts, HPV etc and I seem to have some symptoms but the rest dont match up and is confusing.
nay ideas/suggestions?

You could be suffering from a combination of razor bumps/burn, ingrown hairs, and contact dermatitis. If you shave, give your self a couple days off. Clean with isopropyl alcohol and try to go with out underwear at night. I suffered with bumps from shaving for YEARS! The only thing that helped was waxing and laser hair removal.

Hellow, Welcome to the Forums,  You are right to have made an appointment with the doc.  It could be as simple as just pure irritation.  Do you wear cottone underware?  Do you find it worse around your period?  Are the bumps filled with anything or are they just red and sore?  I use to get something very similer if I wore anything but cotton underwear.  I am not sure I can tell you anything other then you still need to make sure you are clean, the mouth has many bacteria on a reguler basis.  My guess if it is painful during urination you may have a bladder infection or even a kidney infection.  Keep us posted.
