Soreness in groin - hernia or something else?

32 female, never pregnant and not sexually active. Pinching over right ovary area, wrote it off as ovulation. Came back on and off over the week until it became more sore rather than a pinch. Went to gyno, internal & external ultrasound, pelvic exam, no cysts or problems found.  Now the pain has gone up a little bit and is from where my right ovary is up to top of my groin/where stomach begins. It's soreness like something is bruised inside of me, not sharp pain, not excruciating. Never made me wince, just sore. Gyno said to come back in 2 weeks. Went to my GP, did manual exam of torso, no pain anywhere where she pushed, ruled out appendicitis and ordered bloodwork. Advised me to come back in 4 days - said it was mid cycle ovary pain but I looked it up and does not sound right nor am I mid-cycle right now. Plus I feel like this is something inside me tied to bowels/etc bc I passed gas and the muscle I used sort of cramped up in that same spot. Also when I'd be slightly constipated at times in the past, I feel like it would be achey in that same spot. I am not constipated now, have been having bowel movements without pain. I did have a little diarrhea but that is because I made myself so upset over this. No fever, nausea, vomiting. No blood in stool. No UTI - that was checked. Soreness for the most part comes and goes but seems to always slightly be there now.

Please help me with ideas. I am scared and have a big event next weekend - I'm afraid of something happening while we are away.

I would try taking magnesium citrate 400 or 500 mg a day and see if you get more comfortable.  Eat a pear or apple every day as well.  If you are worried about cancer you could look into taking golden paste (a turmeric recipe) that would prevent or treat any cells thinking about becoming cancerous.  Another favorite of mine is nigella sativa.  These strong antioxidants can fix a lot of problems, even if you aren't sure what the problem is.  Using both together could lower blood sugar more than you need, so i wouldn't start both at the same time.
