Sores in between thighs

I've had these sores in between my thighs by my genital area for as long as I can remember. They usually start out as giant pimples and then they pop on their own. But after they pop, the area bruises and a little mole looking thing ends up there. In between my legs is all red and bruised and it hurts. I've researched everything. It's not an STD because I've never even kissed a guy let alone had sex. I'm very overweight and I am 16 years old. Please help I'm desperate

If you are overweight, it could be caused by the friction, heat, sweating of your inner thighs rubbing together. Besides losing weight, you can try wearing looser soft cotton pants so the friction/heat/sweating won't be as bad. You can also put baby powder on your inner thighs, especially if you aren't wearing pants.

You need to go and see your doctor about this.

Because you are very overweight you are sweating and the skin is rubbing.
This is causing irritation to the skin and the bacteria and fungus are taking a hold.

This is a very common problem with overweight people and also with people who have a high sugary diet and when the sugar level in the blood is not under control in people with diabetes.

It is not healthy to be very overweight.   It will stop you having fun with other people your age in taking part in sports etc.

When you see your doctor with regard to your skin complaint, which may be a bacterial infection as well as fungal problem, your doctor will be able to give you the right medication to help you to get rid of it.  An antibiotic cream or an antifungal cream, possibly even oral medication.  As you
overweight it is likely to flare back up again, so you will have to manage the symptoms as they appear.

Ask your doctor if he can help you to lose some weight.

If you cut out all the sugary foods, junk foods and pop, eat a healthy balanced diet with fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water, 2-3 litres per day, more if you sweat, you will steadily lose weight and you will feel much better for it.

I know it will be difficult, I have struggled with weight management for most of my life and through depression I am now classed as morbidly obese.  I have over the last few weeks lost 10lbs in weight and I feel much better.  Still a long way to go yet.

And like BluCrystal says wear cotton underwear, no tights or tight clothing, make sure you wash regularly and keep dry as much as possible.

Best wishes.

Hhhmmm... your weight may have something to do with this, if your thighs are in constant contact with each other.  This can cause irritation in the inner thighs, and allow bacteria to grow, and pimples to become a problem.  I suggest you see a doctor about this.  In the meantime, you can be sure to keep the area clean and dry as much as 2-3 times a day if possible.  A sprinkling of baby powder will help with moisture (do not use this on open wounds), wear COTTON panties, and dresses or skirts if you can, to allow for air circulation in that area.  NO TIGHT PANTS OR SHORTS.  Let us know how you do.  Blessings - Blu
