Spotting

Hi,

About two and a half weeks ago, when my birth control pack was finished, I skipped the placebos and started another pack which I know is bad, however I was only planning to do it once. I've been taking them regularly so I figured all should be fine. After about two weeks, I noticed that I was spotting very lightly. This has been going on for almost a week now every day in the morning for a few hours. I was wondering if this could have something to do with taking another pack and skipping my period or if it's something worse like I could be pregnant.

Thanks
