Started spotting 11 days after period ended? Help please

Hi there, I recently had my period, and the day before I came on I had unprotected sex and the day after I came off I also had sex. We use the withdrawal method and I finished my period on the11th April and 11 days later I started light spotting which started of light pink, it then changed to brown and now it's a dark brown black?! I'm not due on for another two or so weeks and I've now been spotting lightly for 5 days now; yet its not heavy enough to wear a Tampon or anything,
i have also had light cramping and have felt sick at times. answers would be appreciated! Thankyou

When you had sex the fresh NEW wall from the uterus come down again. You may feel cramping or light spotting.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Main causes of spotting between periods could be due to pregnancy, birth control pills, infection in an area of the body related to menstruation (including the vagina, the cervix and even the bladder). Other causes could be polycystic ovarian syndrome, diseases of pituitary gland, hormonal imbalance of estrogen and progesterone and uterine abnormalities like fibroid and  cervical dysplasia. Your doctor may consider tests like pregnancy tests, blood sugar levels, thyroid function test, prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSA), estrogen, and testosterone. Imaging studies, such as ultrasound, X-ray, and CT scan may also be recommended in certain individuals.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
