Stomach Pains

This morning I woke up and when I stood up my stomach started to hurt really bad. It feels like someone is stabbing me and then twisting the knife around in my stomach. The pain is right below my belly button, and it hurts when I move, when I lay down, and when I press on the spot. Does anyone know about these?

It sounds like it could be irritable bowel syndrome, i had these symptoms and i went to the doctor and was diagnosed with ibs, it could also be a wheat?gluten intolerance, you could try leaving wheat/gluten out of your diet and see what happens, i know how you feel it is extremely painful.
