Sudden appearance of bumps on labia minora

So, I've noticed in the past couple of days that tiny bumps have showed up on my labia minora. They are painless and raised. They are whitish in color, but appear to be under the skin. This is a little TMI, but I engaged in rough sexual activities with my boyfriend and was not very moist down there. Could this be the cause to my sudden bumps? I've had something like this before happen when I was younger, but now as I am sexual active I am concerned about the possibilities. I also use one razor for everything and have warts on my knees. Could I have spread them there? and if so, would they show up in a matter of days and in numbers?
