Sudden dizzy spells

I have been having sudden dizzy spells that last a few seconds and then they go away. I feel like my head is trembling when it happens. I have been checked for an ear infection when I had my check up and did not have one. I have not told my doctor though about the dizzy spells. I have also been very tired and I am able to sleep all day if I could especially after I eat anything. I dont know what it could be what do you think?

Another thing that can make you tired is circulatory problems.  Why not go to the doc and explain your symptoms and see what he recommends.  It's the only way to know.

I am pregnant and I have found if I do not eat a small snack between breakfast and lunch that I will be dizzy and I cant hardly see, its as if my eyes are crossed but they are just blurry.  Try taking a HPT.

And have you taken a home pregnancy test?  Both temporary dizziness and sleepiness do count as possible symptoms.
