Sudden prolapse - ER or doctor's appointment?

I think I am having a sudden prolapse of my bladder and rectum into my vagina. I can feel them both and it feels like they're falling out. I'm 26 and don't have any kids. Should I go to the ER, urgent care, or wait to make an appointment? If an appointment - what type of doctor is it best to see? I'm freaking out a bit.

Sorry this is happening.  Believe it or not, this is not altogether uncommon.  Call your ob/gyn and report this and they will likely see you.  I'd say that is the better route as it is not a medical emergency based on what you describe.  However, if something changes, the ER is always an option.  Either way, get guidance by calling your ob/gyn. They have on call hours and either they or whomever is on call for them will call you back and you can describe what is going on.  They can tell you if you need the ER but my guess is that they will just opt to see you in the office.  Let us know how this turns out!
