Swelling and cramping and nausious

i AM 26 and have been diagnosed with endometriosis for 5 years.Lately my stomach has been extremely bloated(looks like pregnancy!)and I have been having cramps two to three weeks before my period these are aching pains and sometimes slightly sharper. My ovaries (which is where I had the endo treated when I was first diagnosed) are in constant pain.I am really fatigued and am getting nausea during the day randomly...But never vomit.I am concerned that these symptoms may be more than just my usual endo symptoms as they are far more intence and the hard bloated stomach concerns mr.My breasts are also very hard and extremely tender. They are often tender before a period but never hard just slightly swollen.
Can YOU HELP???

Hi everyone,
Well it has been a week of prodding and probing,2 blood tests and ultrasounds.Still in pain and still no perio-5 days overdue now.I went to a specialist yesterday she was really good. She also ruled out ectopic pregnancy but also said that when i do want to try for a baby I need to be monitered as people with endo have a higher chance of ectopic pregnancy.....Something that I have never heard of before! My GP looked at the ultrasound and saw no cysts she said that my left ovary(pain is mainly on the right)was doughnut shaped and there was fluid around it-My specialist however said that it was a cyst like shape around it??!!Anyway she said the pain is probably from endo but a uritine pregnancy still cant be ruled out as it may not have registered when i haid the first tests as it could have been too early-I will get the results today--She also said that if my period doesnt come in the next week that I have to have another one (number 3!!!:()Until i find out if it is pregnancy of not i have to wait to organise another laporoscopy to laser endo-So i am just waiting and waiting which is really hard.I feel like i have been on an emotional rollercoaster and to add to it all I have just been offered a new fantastic job which I dont want to be affected by all of this!!!Why do things have to be so ambigious and complicated my husband and I can only just WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could also be polycystic ovarian syndrome, which can cause false positive hpt's, then the blood is more sensitive and was able to pick up that it wasn't pregnancy. With all your other symptoms it sounds like some kind of cyst(s) on your ovary(ies). Hope all works  out, keep us posted, God bless!!!

home preg.tests are only 99% accurate and the nurse at the hospital said that urine tests are not very reliable compared to blood tests.....Guess i was that 1%:( Still i am relieved it wasnt an ectopic pregnancy.Ultrasound tomorrow to check for cysts.

I did a home pregnency test which came back positive.Due to the abdominal pain I went to the hospital to have it checked-They did a blood test which was negative which was a relief because they were thinking i had an ectopic pregnancy.I have been recomended because of the symptoms to go to a specalist and have been given pain relief and a reffering letter.Am going today as i woke up with stomach cramping/tenderness and diarrohea.
Thanks for the advice from everyone-will keep you posted

Ovarian cyst can cause simular syptoms as well. (Endo too) As for the breast, try vitamin E (orally). You may have cysts in your breast as well. Daily E can really help..and watch the cafferine. Make an appt with your dr and have the bloating and pain checked out straight away. Good luck.

Hi Sounds Like your endo is the one causing, the problems. The bloated stomach and your ovaries hurting are all signs pointing to the endo.I am not a doctor,I just joined tonight.I had a partial hysterectomy because of endo. You need to make an appointment with your gynecologist on Monday. The cramping 2 to 3 weeks before your period is all so common, but is all so telling you there is something going on.Get it checked out, never hurts to be safe, than sorry.Take Care.Raven33

I would take a pregnancy test.  Those are some pg symptoms but I guess it could also be the endo.   Keep us informed of what you find out.  Good Luck.  If you still feel uneasy see your dr as soon as you can.
