Swollen Lump on Labia Majora

I am a 27 year old female who is not currently sexually active and I do not have any STD's. (I am screened often).

This morning I woke up feeling some tenderness on the outer 'lips' of my vagina. I checked and there is a swollen, tender, lump. It is not a sore, there is not discharge from it or me. It is under the skin and does not have a 'head' on it. It isn't terribly painful but it is sore. I can push it and it moves around under the skin.

I am seeing from research that it may be a cyst or an ingrown hair. I've had a cyst on the top part of my breast, almost in my armpit before and I used warm compresses and castor oil to draw it out. I'm wondering if anyone else has had one in the vaginal area and what I should do. It's definitely not anywhere near my vagina or Labia Minora.

Any information would be appreciated.
