Swollen nipple
I am a fourteen year old girl and while I was bathing I observed that my nipples were kinda hard and swollen. The brown part was a little redish and it hurts slightly when I touch it. Is this normal? :/ please help!
Oh thanks! May I know if I should wear bras that are loose or tighter or not at all? Cos I heard that we shouldnt wear bras so that the breasts can grow..
You could just be growing. 14 was the age I started growing more. And they did hurt for a while.
