Hi, i forgot I left a tampon inside me for 4 days.  It came out by itself today.  I am now having stomach cramps and backache (no blood loss).  Should I see a doctor?

It is called Toxic Shock Syndrome. If you read the info leaflet in the tampon box it should tell you what the symptoms are.
