Temporary Milky Discharge From One Breast.

Well I have two kids and I had tubal sterilization done back in 2007. But I can't remember how my tubes were done. But a few days ago I noticed that one of my breasts would put out a milky discharge that would only be about a drop, when it's squeezed. But now it's not doing it anymore and I have an irregular cycle. The only time my breasts put out any milky discharge is when I was pregnant. Is this normal and what could have made it do that?
